Nurdle and the Microplastics

Nurdle and the Microplastics

Nurdles are tiny lentil sized microplastics used to create all of the plastic products that we use every day.
Nurdles are escaping into the environment, killing animals and massing in the sea.

Nurdle and the Microplastics explains the origin of some of the other plastics in the ocean and gently encourages children to look after their things and to think about what they buy.

Nurdle is illustrated with genuine microplastics and ocean plastic illustrations and stunning water colour images by illustrator Jo Joof.
